आयुर्वेद में हरसिंगार के पत्ते के फायदे – किसी भी तरह के बुखार (Fever) को ठीक करने में हरसिंगार के पत्ती का काढ़ा फायदेमंद है। हरसिंगार एंटी वायरल, एंटी अलर्जिक, एंटी बैक्टीरीयल और एंटी ऑक्सीडेंट से भरपूर होता है। हरसिंगार के पत्ते (Harsingar leaves) का उपयोग ऐसे ही कई रोगों के इलाज में असरदार है।

1) बुखार Fever ठीक करने के लिए

हरसिंगार की पत्ती का काढ़ा हर तरह के फीवर जैसे सामान्य बुखार, वायरल फीवर, मलेरिया बुखार, चिकनगुनिया, डेंगू फीवर आदि को ठीक करने में फायदा करता है। हरसिंगार शरीर में फीवर पैदा करने वाले Bacteria/Parasite को बढ़ने से भी रोकता है।

हरसिंगार के 4-5 पत्ते, तुलसी के 4-5 पत्ते, अदरक, 1 इंच दालचीनी का टुकड़ा, 3-4 काली मिर्च (कूटकर) को 2 गिलास पानी में धीमी आंच पर उबाल लें। जब यह पानी लगभग आधा हो जाए तो गैस बंद कर दें और बर्तन ढक दें। 5-10 मिनट बाद छानकर धीरे-धीरे पियें। 2-3 बार पीने में ही लाभ होने लगेगा।

2) लो प्लेटलेट काउन्ट बढ़ाए

डेंगू, चिकनगुनिया जैसे बुखार और हेपटाईटिस आदि बीमारियों में ब्लड प्लैट्लट काउन्ट तेजी से गिरने लगते हैं। ऐसे में हरसिंगार की पत्तियों का काढ़ा जरूर पिया करें। यह Blood platelet count को बढ़ाने में मदद करता है।

3) इम्यूनिटी बढ़ाने के लिए |

कोरोना वायरस से बचाव के लिए बहुत से लोग घरेलू आयुर्वेदिक काढ़ा पी रहे हैं। इस काढ़े में हरसिंगार के 2-3 पत्ते भी मिलाकर उबाला करें। रोग-प्रतिरोधक क्षमता (Immunity) बढ़ाने में हरसिंगार की पत्तियां लाभकारी हैं।

4) गठिया (Arthritis) घुटने और जोड़ों का दर्द |

बहुत से लोगों ने हरसिंगार के पत्ते का उपयोग हड्डी के इन रोगों में प्रयोग करके लाभ उठाया है। 1-2 महीने नियमित रूप से हरसिंगार के 3-4 पत्तों को पानी में उबालकर सुबह-शाम चाय जैसे 1 कप पी लिया करें।

5) लिवर बढ़ना या फैटी लिवर

इस बीमारी में लिवर (जिगर) का आकार बढ़ने लगता है, जिससे पाचन और रक्त संबंधी समस्यायें होने लगती हैं. फैटी लिवर के इलाज के लिए 7-8 हरसिंगार के पत्तों का रस में अदरक का रस, शहद मिलाकर सुबह शाम लेना चाहिए। इससे लिवर स्वस्थ होता है और उसकी क्षमता ठीक होने लगती है।

6) सूखी खांसी, अस्थमा, ब्रॉनकाइटिस

Dry Cough (सूखी खांसी), Asthma, Bronchitis में सांस लेने में समस्या और Congestion में हरसिंगार के फूल और पत्तों की चाय पीना फायदा करता है।

इसके लिए 3-4 हरसिंगार की पत्ती व कुछ फूल, 1 इंच अदरक का टुकड़ा घिसकर 1 गिलास पानी में डालकर उबालें। जब ये पानी 1 कप जितना हो जाए तो छान लें। इसमें 1 चम्मच शहद मिलाकर चाय जैसे पियें।

7) शुगर के रोगियों के लिए भी लाभदायक

डाइबिटीज़ के रोगी भी हरसिंगार की पत्ती के गुण का लाभ उठा सकते हैं। सुबह-शाम इसकी पत्ती का 10ml रस या पत्ती का 1 कप काढ़ा पीना ब्लड शुगर लेवल को कंट्रोल करने का काम करते हैं। हरसिंगार के फूलों के रस में भी Anti-Diabetic effect होता है।

8) एनीमिया (Anemia) |

आयुर्वेद के अनुसार खून की कमी के रोग में हरसिंगार की नरम पत्तियों का रस, अदरक का रस, शहद में लौह भस्म मिलकर सेवन करने से खून बढ़ता है और शरीर की कमजोरी, चेहरे का पीलापन दूर होता है।

11) सायटिका की बीमारी (Sciatica pain) : पैरों में सायटिका दर्द के रोगियों को हरसिंगार (पारिजात) पत्तियों का काढ़ा नियमित पीना चाहिए।

12) दाद, फंगल इन्फेक्शन, खुजली का इलाज : हरसिंगार की 2-3 पत्तियों को पीसकर दाद वाली जगह पर दिन में 1 बार लगाया करें। कुछ दिन में दाद ठीक हो जाएगा। इसकी पत्तियों में स्किन के फंगल इन्फेक्शन को ठीक करने के गुण होते हैं।

13) हरसिंगार की छाल (Bark) का उपयोग : हरसिंगार की छाल का काढ़ा मसूढ़ों से खून आना, अल्सर और आँखों के रोग को ठीक करता है।
